Monty is a 6-year-old surrender from a person who had a new baby and didn't trust Monty with her.
He has totally captivated our hearts here. He suffered terribly from separation anxiety at first, but once he settled in he became quite the character! He loves to cuddle, shred toys, surgically remove the eyes out of hedgehogs, and dance for treats. He plays with the kitties and all the other rescue dogs
Unfortunately, Monty is a fear biter. He has bitten many visitors to our home. We are still working intensely with him on this issue. For now, Monty must "go kennel" whenever visitors are here. He is also un-placeable for this reason at this time. But that's ok - he has a home here with us as long as he needs it!
